以成兰铁路跃龙门隧道为研究对象,针对3号斜井转正线施工组织、交通运输、排水系统等方面的复杂性,介绍了如何调整优化其转正线施工方案,通过增设运输通道、斜交改正交等措施,总体上为该控制工期性工点提供了进度保障;通过对调整后的3号斜井转正线(左右线及平导)7个交叉口群段落施工技术方案研究和实施,最终达到优化施工组织运输及阶段性排水措施的显著效果。在3号斜井转入正线的施工中,交叉口群进展顺利,无事故发生,确保了施工进度,缩短了施工工期,节约了施工成本,提高了施工经济效益,可为类似工程提供有益借鉴。
