目的测定不同产地、采收期猪苓麦角甾醇及多糖的含量,根据含量的差异及动态变化得到最佳猪苓产地及最佳猪苓采收期。方法以葡萄糖为对照品,采用紫外-分光光度计法测定不同采收期猪苓中多糖的含量,并采用HPLC法测定其中麦角甾醇含量。结果不同产地猪苓中麦角甾醇和多糖含量差异较大,其中吉林长白山栽培猪苓的含量高于其他产地,为0.45%和2.19%;9个不同采收期吉林长白山猪苓的含量测定结果显示,麦角甾醇和多糖含量在5月末达到峰值0.26%和2.1%。结论吉林长白山猪苓质量较好,吉林长白山猪苓5月末药材质量较佳,与传统采收期相符。此方法简便、灵敏、准确,为寻找最佳猪苓产地及猪苓最佳采收期提供了科学依据。
Objective To determine the content of ergosterol and polysaccharides in Polyporus umbellatus from different habitats and recoveries, and to find out the best polyporus origin and the optimum harvest time of Polyporus umbellatus according to the content difference and dynamic changes. Methods Glucose was used as reference substance. The content of polysaccharide in Polyporus umbellatus was determined by UV - spectrophotometer. The content of ergosterol was determined by HPLC. Results The contents of ergosterol and polysaccharides in Polyporus umbellatus from different habitats differed significantly. Among them, the content of Polyporus umbellatus cultivated in Changbai Mountain in Jilin Province was 0.45% and 2.19%, respectively. The results of the determination of Polyporus umbellatus in Changbai Mountain from 9 different harvesting times , Ergosterol and polysaccharides peaked at 0.26% and 2.1% at the end of May. Conclusion The quality of Changbai Mountain Zhuling is good. The quality of Zhiling Changbai Mountain Zhulin at the end of May is better, which accords with the traditional harvesting period. The method is simple, sensitive and accurate, and provides a scientific basis for finding the best Polyporus umbellatus origin and Polyporus umbellatus harvest time.
