用溶胶-凝胶法合成不同La/Ti的摩尔比掺杂的La3+掺杂介孔二氧化钛。采用XRD,N2吸附-脱附和FT-IR表征样品的结构组织。结果表明La3+的掺杂抑制锐钛矿向金红石的相转变。随La/Ti的摩尔比的增加,样品介孔结构仍然保留,比表面积从133m2/g增加到215m2/g,样品的平均孔径在5.6~8.1 nm之间。以甲基橙水溶液为模型反应,紫外光为光源,考察样品的光催化性能。结果表明:La3+掺杂样品比纯介孔TiO2光催化活性好,3%mol La3+掺杂的介孔二氧化钛具有最佳的光催化活性。
Synthesis of La3 + Doped Mesoporous Titania with Different La / Ti Molecules by Sol - Gel Method. The structure of the samples was characterized by XRD, N2 adsorption-desorption and FT-IR. The results show that the doping of La3 + inhibits the phase transformation from anatase to rutile. With the increase of the molar ratio of La / Ti, the mesoporous structure remains, the specific surface area increases from 133m2 / g to 215m2 / g, and the average pore size of the sample is between 5.6 and 8.1 nm. Methyl orange aqueous solution as a model reaction, UV light source, examine the photocatalytic properties of the sample. The results show that the photocatalytic activity of La3 + doped mesoporous titania is better than that of pure mesoporous TiO2, and 3% mol La3 + doped mesoporous titania has the best photocatalytic activity.
