电容层析成像传感器特性在很大程度上决定了层析成像系统的性能.电容传感器的结构参数对电容灵敏度的分布有重要影响,进而影响重建图像的质量.通过有限元仿真分析得出了传感器的结构对灵敏度分布的影响,同时提出了改善灵敏度的方法.
