Objective To study the effect of CT low-dose scanning in the clinical diagnosis of small pulmonary nodules. Methods Sixty patients with small pulmonary nodules undergoing CT examination were selected for routine CT scans and low-dose CT scans. The results of the two groups of nodules were compared and the effects of radiation doses were evaluated. Results The number of detected nodules in the low-dose group was significantly higher than that in the conventional dose group, and the dose of CTDlw and DLP in the low-dose group was significantly higher than that in the conventional dose group, with significant difference (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in morphology between the two groups (P> 0.05). Conclusion Low-dose CT scan of lung nodules, more sensitive, and can effectively reduce the radiation dose, the patient is easy to accept, it is recommended for clinical application.
