某金矿为金银铜铅多金属矿石,生产现场采用浮选工艺流程,由于有用矿物未经分离含杂高,未达到质量标准,严重影响企业效益。根据矿石性质,对该金矿石进行了工艺流程对比,采用全泥氰化边浸边吸-尾渣选铅抑铜流程,氰化时严格控制氧化钙和氰化物浓度,尾渣浮选时控制JY-1号药剂和硫酸铜的用量,达到就地产金,得到合格的铜精矿和铅精矿,金氰化总回收率91.80%,比现场金回收率提高41.80%,铜铅得到分离。
