高增长、高投资和低消费是中国宏观经济的三大典型特征,关于其形成机制的系统研究还不多。本文将财富效用和生产外部性引入最优内生经济增长模型中,以系统解释这些特征。我们发现资本在效用中权重、生产外部性、生产效率、劳动增长率和折旧率决定着经济增长率和消费资本比的大小。比较研究显示,本文所建模型从财富效用和生产外部性等方面较好地解释了中国宏观经济的典型特征,并进一步分析了中国宏观经济相应的演进路径。
High growth, high investment and low consumption are the three typical characteristics of China’s macro-economy. There are not many systematic studies on its formation mechanism. This paper introduces wealth utility and production externality into the optimal endogenous economic growth model to systematically explain these characteristics. We find that the weight of capital in utility, the externality of production, the production efficiency, the growth rate of labor and the depreciation rate determine the ratio of economic growth rate to consumption capital ratio. The comparative study shows that the model built in this paper can explain the typical characteristics of China’s macro-economy in terms of wealth utility and production externalities, and further analyze the corresponding evolution path of macro-economy in China.
