Bay Networks’ Adaptive Networking, launched earlier this year, has caused many users to scratch their heads in figuring out what exactly it means. It is with this in mind that company officials have recently tried to explain the full definition of this strategy and to provide more detailed explanations of one of the four pillars of the strategy, IP services.
