目的探讨黄药子不同炮制方法下指标变化。方法分4种炮制方法,当归水液与黄药子同煮、当归与黄药子同煮、水煮黄药子和生黄药子,观察比较四组的醇溶性浸出物及水溶性浸出物的含量。结果当归水液与黄药子同煮的醇溶性浸出物和水溶性浸出物的含量明显高于其它三组。结论当归水液与黄药子同煮明显的抗病毒作用和较强的抗菌作用,对于剂量、毒性、功效关系有待进一步深入研究。
Objective To explore the change of index under different processing methods of Radix. Methods Divided into 4 kinds of processing methods, Angelica water and Huang Yaozi Tongzhu, Angelica and Radix Astragali, boiled xanthium and Radix et Rhizoma, the contents of alcohol-soluble extracts and water-soluble extracts of the four groups were observed and compared. Results The contents of alcohol-soluble extract and water-soluble extract of Angelica sinensis water and Radix Astragali were significantly higher than the other three groups. Conclusion Angelica liquid and Huang Yao Zi Tong obvious bogey anti-virus effect and strong antibacterial effect, the dose, toxicity, efficacy needs further study.
