GH36和GH132合金制的航空发动机一级盘、二级盘和承力环,系采用钢厂提供的圆饼坯料,由16吨锤模锻而成。合金的化学成分规范如表1。这三种模锻件毛坯的形状及尺寸如图1。模锻件出厂前,每一件经宏观检查未发现裂纹,以锻后空冷状态交货。使用厂经宏观复检也未发现裂纹。在露天库房放置一年左右或更长时间,成批地发现GH36合金一级盘和承力环有肉眼可见的裂纹,而且裂纹均出现在上模面,下模面未发现裂纹。一级裂纹出现在上模面靠近轮缘凹槽处,呈周向分布。承力环裂纹也出现在上模面盆底
