In this study, 162 cases of liver cancer patients and 68 cases of normal people were studied for delayed skin hypersensitivity of PHA and OT. The results showed that the positive rate of PHA in liver cancer group was 51.9%, and the positive rate of OT was 46.2%. The positive rate of PHA was 98.5%, and the positive rate of OT was 97.1%. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant. And with the development of the disease, the positive rate gradually decreased. Survival, skin condition, and prognosis are related to skin reactions. The survival rate of the positive reaction group was significantly higher than that of the negative group. Tip PHA and OT skin test response can reflect the prognosis of patients with liver cancer.
