目的:探讨在急诊危重症患者身份识别工作中开展持续质量改进的意义。方法:比较浙江省台州市第一人民医院急诊科2016年1~4月推行持续质量改进工作前后,护理人员对危重症患者的身份识别、核查合格率。结果:护理人员对危重症患者身份识别核查合格率,从改进前的61.4%不断提升到改进后的100%。结论:应用持续质量改进的方法,可以有效提高危重患者的身份识别率,提高护理质量,促进安全医疗,提升患者的满意度和信任度,构建和谐的护患关系。
Objective: To explore the significance of continuous quality improvement in the identification of emergency critical patients. Methods: The nursing staff’s identification of critically ill patients before and after the implementation of continuous quality improvement work from January to April 2016 in Emergency Department of First People’s Hospital of Taizhou, Zhejiang Province were compared. Results: The qualified rate of nurses on the identification of critically ill patients increased from 61.4% before the improvement to 100% after the improvement. Conclusion: The method of continuous quality improvement can effectively improve the identification rate of critically ill patients, improve the quality of nursing care, promote safe medical treatment, enhance patient satisfaction and trust, and build a harmonious relationship between nurses and patients.
