教师情感因素具有可操作性,教师情感控制的有效度,不仅直接影响教学过程及师生的双边活动,也间接影响学生的心理状态和情感体验。教师的情感对创设优良的教学情境,促进学生的认知和人格的健康发展都起着重要作用。
Teachers ’emotional factors are operable and the validity of teacher’s emotional control not only directly affects the teaching process and the bilateral activities of teachers and students, but also indirectly affects the students’ psychological status and emotional experience. Teachers ’emotions play an important role in creating excellent teaching situations, promoting students’ cognition and healthy personality development.
