自1989年6月至1992年4月,我们应用中美史克制药有限公司生产的泰胃美治疗消化道溃疡65例,获得满意的结果,现总结如下:一、病例选择:18岁以上经内镜证实为活动性胃或十二指肠溃疡门诊患者65例,溃疡直径为3～20mm,溃疡数1～2个,并活检病理证实为溃疡。所有病例均有典型的上腹疼痛及返酸史。其中十二指肠溃疡37人,胃溃疡28人,男性34人,女性31人。两组的性别与年龄分布及溃疡大小比较无显性差异(P>0.05)。
From June 1989 to April 1992, we applied TaiWeiMei Co., Ltd. produced in the United States and Thailand in the United States in the treatment of peptic ulcer in 65 cases, obtained satisfactory results, are summarized as follows: First, the case selection: 18 years of age and above Endoscopic confirmed as active stomach or duodenal ulcer outpatients in 65 cases, ulcer diameter of 3 ~ 20mm, ulcer number 1 ~ 2, and biopsy confirmed ulcers. All cases have typical abdominal pain and acid reflux history. Among them, there were 37 duodenal ulcers, 28 gastric ulcer, 34 males and 31 females. There was no significant difference between the two groups in the distribution of sex and age and the size of ulcer (P> 0.05).
