1999年加入凯斯中国团队,伴随着凯斯在中国市场的快速成长,陈总对市场的把握也是越来越老练。谈话的最后,记者问了陈总一个问题,做销售需要具备怎样的素质,他回答的很简单,即需要有激情和高情商。而从整个采访过程中记者能够体会到陈总对市场的判断始终有个主线,那就是做市场需要理性。陈总的每个观点都是火花,以致于笔者在成文的时候难以作出取舍。
