本章节以年夜饭为引子,引申出有关味蕾的艺术篇章。在《艺术在饮食世界中的侧影》中,无论是作为画家的张大千,还是作为文学家的木心、张爱玲,还是作为艺术家的毕加索,他们对于饮食都有着各自的执着与情结。不管是张爱玲挚爱的臭豆腐千,还是你我高脚杯中的红酒,饮食世界里不论出身,只论滋味,而艺术,亦然。在《以艺术之名,聊聊吃喝》中,则主要从艺术史的角度出发,聊聊吃喝作品背后的故事以及各自的艺术图景。诸多的文字与配图不是为了让这个有关饮食的“菜谱”变得形式花哨,而是为了让它变得更有“滋味儿”。
