多媒体机房学生签到系统的研发

随着多媒体机房和计算机的数量持续增加,多媒体机房使用的频率不断提高,多媒体机房管理人员的工作量也越来越大。目前管理人员还是采用纸质记录方式对多媒体机房的学生进行签到,后续的统计分析都是基于这种方式。这纸质记录方式缺点很多,如:记录格式不统一,信息不规范,字迹潦草等,不利于查询和统计分析,也影响到教师的上课的质量和效率。将学生签到信息和计算机维护信息电子化、数据化,不仅解决了日常管理,也为今后的管理维护供暖工作提供了重要的数据支持。同时这些数据也能为教师的教学考勤提供方便,可谓一举多得。本论文分析和总结国内外关于多媒体机房管理的研究成功经验,提出多媒体机房签到系统的设计和解决方案的研究,对规范化多媒体机房管理工作具有较强的现实意义。 As the number of multimedia rooms and computers continues to increase, the frequency of use of multimedia rooms continues to increase, and the workload of multimedia room managers is also growing. At present, managers still use paper records to check in students in the multimedia room, follow-up statistical analysis are based on this approach. This paper records a lot of shortcomings, such as: recording format is not uniform, the information is not standardized, illegible writing, etc., is not conducive to query and statistical analysis, but also affect the quality and efficiency of the teacher’s class. The electronic sign-in information and computer maintenance information electronically, not only solved the daily management, but also provide important data support for the future management and maintenance of heating work. At the same time these data can also provide convenience for teachers’ teaching attendance, can serve multiple purposes. This paper analyzes and summarizes the successful experiences of multimedia computer room management at home and abroad, puts forward the design and solution of the multimedia computer room sign-in system, and has strong practical significance to the standard multimedia computer lab management.
