In the quiet forest in the western suburbs of Paris, the home of the French writer Robert Bliss lies. In his simple house, there is only a dried snowdrop. The numerous souvenirs and small gifts brought by his visits to various countries have been “piled up” in the hall. Only the Tibetan writer Yi Xizhan sent this snowdrop and his bed and the wardrobes make up the entire contents of his bedroom. This carefully crafted lotus has become the closest thing in his life, as his crowning touch.
