采用问卷调查、数理统计、文献资料等方法,对河南省高校体育教师职业压力与继续教育状况进行调查,分析了河南省高校体育教师职业压力与教师自身素质发展的状况,结果表明:河南省高校体育教师的职业压力感偏高,参加继续教育培训目标的认知情况一般,其中仍有一定比例的体育教师没有意识到继续教育的重要性。
Through questionnaire survey, mathematical statistics, literature and other methods, this paper investigates the situation of occupational stress and continuing education of physical education teachers in colleges and universities of Henan Province, analyzes the situation of occupational stress of teachers and self-quality development of teachers in colleges and universities in Henan Province. The results show that: The occupational stress of physical education teachers is high, the cognitive condition of participating in continuing education and training objectives is generally, and a certain proportion of PE teachers are still not aware of the importance of continuing education.
