The 99 Mainland-Hong Kong Project Tendering and Bidding Seminar jointly held by the China Civil Engineering Society Construction Market and Bidding Sub-council and the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers Construction Department was held in Shenzhen City from June 25 to June 26, 1999. The meeting was undertaken by the Shenzhen Municipal Construction Bureau and co-organized by the Department of Construction Engineering of Guangdong University of Technology.
