基于水基系统的概念构建了东江流域水基系统健康评价指标体系,在层次分析法的基础上,采用模糊综合评价方法从稳定态、和谐度和演进率三方面分析了东江流域水基系统在2005、2010、2020、2030年的健康状态。综合评价结果表明,东江流域水基系统2005年处于较健康状态,影响因素主要为饮用水源水质达标率、节水达标率及河道生态用水保障程度偏低;2010年及此后系统一直保持健康稳定的状态。
Based on the concept of water-based system, this paper constructs the index system of health assessment of water-based system in Dongjiang River Basin. Based on the analytic hierarchy process, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to analyze the water system in the Dongjiang River Basin from three aspects: steady state, harmonious degree and evolution rate 2005, 2010, 2020, 2030 health status. The comprehensive evaluation shows that the water system of Dongjiang River Basin was in a relatively healthy state in 2005 with the main factors affecting the compliance rate of drinking water sources, the water-saving compliance rate and the protection of ecological water use in rivers. The system remained healthy and stable in 2010 and beyond status.
