本文以玻璃电极作指示电气,用直接电位法测定NH_4~+离子与甲醛反应所定量地释放出的H~+离子,间接测定氨氮含量,对高含量的氨氮,还可用电位滴定法测定。
In this paper, the glass electrode was used as the indicator of electrical conductivity. The direct current method was used to measure the H ~ + ion released by the reaction of NH_4 ~ + ions with formaldehyde. The content of ammonia nitrogen was measured indirectly. The high content of ammonia nitrogen was also measured by potentiometric titration.
