目的了解甘肃省临夏市儿童的维生素A(Vit A)营养状况,为指导今后的预防控制工作提供科学依据。方法采用整群随机抽样的方法,选取临夏市幼儿园和小学的学生,空腹采静脉血,检测血清中维生素A,同时进行血红蛋白、身高、体重的测定。结果 121名1~10岁组儿童血清Vit A平均水平为30.9±9.83μg/100 ml,1~5岁组与6~10岁组,Vit A平均水平间差异无统计学意义(t=1.639,P>0.05);男童和女童Vit A的平均水平间差异有统计学意义(t=2.05,P<0.05);女童Vit A的均值是32.2μg/100 ml,男童Vit A的均值是29.4μg/100 ml,女童中Vit A的含量高于男童;受检儿童中有12.6%亚临床Vit A缺乏,39.7%儿童亚临床Vit A可疑缺乏;检测受试儿童血红蛋白(Hb)、Vit A的含量,在不同的血清Vit A含量组中,Hb的值差异无统计学意义(F=0.428,P>0.05)。结论甘肃省临夏市有超过一半的儿童存在亚临床状态Vit A缺乏,今后采取干预措施防治儿童Vit A缺乏、尤其是亚临床缺乏十分必要。
Objective To understand the nutritional status of Vit A in children in Linxia City, Gansu Province, and to provide a scientific basis for future prevention and control. Methods A cluster random sampling method was used to select the students in kindergartens and primary schools in Linxia City. Fasting venous blood samples were taken for detection of serum vitamin A, and hemoglobin, height and weight were measured simultaneously. Results The average level of serum Vit A in children aged 1 to 10 years was 30.9 ± 9.83 μg / 100 ml. There was no significant difference in the average Vit A level between children aged 1 to 5 and 6 to 10 years (t = 1.639, P> 0.05). The mean level of Vit A in boys and girls was statistically significant (t = 2.05, P <0.05). The mean of Vit A in girls was 32.2 μg / 100 ml, and the average of Vit A in boys was 29.4 μg / 100 ml, the content of Vit A in girls was higher than that of boys; 12.6% of subclinical Vit A deficiency in children and 39.7% of children were suspiciously lack of subclinical Vit A; The levels of hemoglobin (Hb), Vit A There was no significant difference in the value of Hb in different serum Vit A levels (F = 0.428, P> 0.05). Conclusion More than half of children in Linxia City of Gansu Province have subclinical Vit A deficiency. It is imperative to take interventions to prevent vitamin A deficiency in children in the future, especially subclinical deficiency.
