小学数学新课标强调学生的体验,笔者认为从体验的角度出发,在小学数学教学中实施人格教育非常有意义。教师可以充分发挥自身的人格魅力;重视教材的教育功能和人格教育素材的合理穿插;学会赏识,适时激励,让学生在自信中完善人格。从而增强数学学习兴趣,提高教学质量。
The new curriculum standard of primary school mathematics emphasizes the experience of students. In my opinion, it is very meaningful to implement personality education in elementary mathematics teaching from the perspective of experience.
