The authors randomly selected 150 patients, aged 42 to 86 years, 74 males and 76 females. Rule out allergies and pregnancy. Before and after the treatment of tracing conventional 12 lead ECG. Saline and diatrizoate were followed by intravenous injection for comparative observation, at the same time before the end of the intravenous injection at the end of the first 3 minutes and intravenous recording Ⅱ lead electrocardiogram.
