目的掌握舟山口岸蚊类本底情况,为控制口岸媒介生物提供科学的方法。方法 2012—2014年间,采用CO_2诱蚊器法对舟山口岸蚊类种群分布和季节消长情况进行调查。结果本次调查共捕获蚊类7 941只,经分类鉴定隶属于2亚科3亚属6种,优势种群为致倦库蚊;蚊类密度随季节消长,在6月和10月出现高峰期;不同生境的蚊类密度也各不相同。结论本次调查补充了舟山口岸蚊类资料的空白,为进一步开展蚊类媒介传染病监测提供了依据;做好媒介生物防控工作的关键是根据本地自然环境和媒介生物随季节性消长的特点,采取综合防制措施,才能防患于未然。
Objective To grasp the background of mosquitoes in Zhoushan port and to provide a scientific method for control of port creatures. Methods During 2012-2014, the mosquito population distribution and seasonal fluctuation in Zhoushan Port were investigated by CO_2 mosquito-repellent method. Results A total of 7 941 mosquitoes were collected in this survey. Six species belonging to 3 subgenus of 2 subfamilies were identified and identified, and the dominant species were Culex pipiens quinquefasciatus. The density of mosquitoes fluctuated with the seasons and peaked in June and October The density of mosquitoes in different habitats is also different. Conclusion The survey supplements the blank of mosquito data in Zhoushan Port, which provides the basis for further monitoring of vector-borne infectious diseases.
