随着全球化及全球食品工业的发展,饮食逐渐融入以消费文化为生活方式的各种事务和活动,并日益为新兴中产阶级所重视——人们以之构建品位文化并划分阶层区分全体,据此饮食及消费文化构建了一种新的生活方式倾向。在英国,中餐从受歧视的异域食品到为消费文化生活方式的民族风味饮食,正是上述现象的一个典型映照。
As globalization and the global food industry develop, diets have gradually merged into events and activities that take a consumer culture as a way of life and are increasingly valued by the emerging middle class - where people build a culture of taste and classify the whole group This diet and consumer culture has built a new lifestyle tendency. In the UK, Chinese food is a typical reflection of the above phenomenon from exotic foods that are discriminated against to ethnic-style foods that consume cultural lifestyles.
