目的探索去甲硫氨酸环境是否提高化疗药物对结直肠癌细胞的杀伤作用。方法将30例新鲜人结直肠癌组织制成单细胞悬液,分别培养于Met-Hcy+和Met+Hcy-并加入5鄄FU、DDP化疗药物的培养液中,用MTT比色法检测各组细胞的抑制程度。结果Met-Hcy+培养液与5鄄FU、DDP联合时,可显著提高化疗药物对结直肠癌细胞的杀伤作用。结论Met-Hcy+培养液化气联合5鄄FU、DDP,可提高化疗药物对结直肠癌细胞的杀伤作用。
Objective To explore whether the demethionine environment enhances the killing effect of chemotherapeutic drugs on colorectal cancer cells. Methods Thirty fresh human colorectal cancer tissues were made into single cell suspension and cultured in Met-Hcy + and Met + Hcy- respectively. The cells were treated with 5-fluorouracil and DDP chemotherapy. MTT colorimetric assay The degree of inhibition of cells. Results Met-Hcy + combined with 5-FU and DDP significantly increased the killing effect of chemotherapeutic drugs on colorectal cancer cells. Conclusions Met-Hcy + culture liquefied gas combined with 5-FU and DDP can enhance the killing effect of chemotherapeutic drugs on colorectal cancer cells.
