在21世纪,原始性创新是科学技术领域包括分析化学在内的最根本的挑战。为了实现原始性创新,人们必须摒弃旧观念,接受新理念;而且还首先要树立起为国家目标和高科技发展服务的思想和参与国际竞争的意识。 文中指出了我国分析化学家担负着利用最新科技成就,发展基于新理论、新原理的分析方法和技术,并创造具有自主知识产权的新仪器设备的历史使命。文中着重阐述了分析化学的前沿领域和有待解决的核心科学问题。而且,文中还提出强化国家自然科学基金的资助是动态培养高级科技人才、孕育原始性创新思想和最终促进国家战略目标实现的一条有效途径。
In the 21st century, primitive innovation is the most fundamental challenge in science and technology, including analytical chemistry. In order to realize original innovation, one must abandon the old ideas and accept new ideas. First, we must first establish the ideology of serving the national goals and high-tech development and participate in the international competition. The paper points out that our analytical chemists are shouldering the historical mission of using the latest scientific and technological achievements, developing analytical methods and techniques based on new theories and new principles, and creating new instruments and equipment with independent intellectual property rights. The article focuses on the forefront of analytical chemistry and the core scientific issues to be solved. Moreover, the article also proposes that strengthening the funding of the National Natural Science Foundation is an effective way to cultivate senior scientists and technologists dynamically, to nurture the original innovative ideas and ultimately to promote the realization of the national strategic goals.
