内皮祖细胞(Endothelial progenitor cells,EPCs)是可以直接分化为血管内皮细胞的一种前体细胞。当机体受到损伤、缺血或是在药物等外界因素刺激下都可动员骨髓内的内皮祖细胞参与到机体的内循环。内皮祖细胞可以通过旁分泌促血管生成因子来促进管腔直接进入发芽状态的新生血管来调节血管生成。该文综述了EPC的来源、分离培养、数量的影响因素及其对血管生成作用等几个方面。
Endothelial progenitor cells (EPCs) are precursors that can differentiate directly into vascular endothelial cells. When the body is injured, ischemia or stimulation of drugs and other external factors can mobilize endothelial progenitor cells within the bone marrow to participate in the body’s internal circulation. Endothelial progenitor cells can regulate angiogenesis by paracrine pro-angiogenic factors to promote the lumen directly into the germinal state of the neovascularization. This article summarizes the sources of EPC, isolation and culture, the number of influencing factors and its role in angiogenesis and other aspects.
