目的:探讨应用注意力转移方法,降低患者在鼠神经生长因子肌肉注射过程中的疼痛。方法2014年5月至2015年3月间随机选取77例20~70岁不同年龄肌注鼠神经生长因子患者随机分为干预组和对照组,对照组进行常规肌肉注射,肌肉注射过程中仅观察患者的用药反应,干预组在肌肉注射过程中在观察患者用药反应的同时和患者进行非注射相关的沟通交流分散转移患者注意力。结果对照组4例患者反馈轻度疼痛,30例患者反馈肌肉注射过程中度疼痛,5例患者反馈重度疼痛,干预组患者28例反馈肌肉注射过程轻度疼痛,8例患者反馈中度疼痛,2例患者反馈重度疼痛。对照组轻度疼痛率占10.3%,中度疼痛率占76.9%,重度疼痛率占12.8%。干预组轻度疼痛率占73.7%,中度疼痛率占,21%,重度疼痛率占5.3%。两组患者数据统计,干预组通过转移患者注意力有效降低患者注射过程中的疼痛,两组数据统计Wilcoxon秩和检验结果,z=-5.216;P<0.05,两组方法的差异有统计学意义。结论在肌肉注射过程中应用注意力转移法,能有效降低患者在鼠神经生长因子肌肉注射过程中的疼痛,同时减轻患者疼痛恐惧。“,”Objectives Exploring the application of attention transfer method; reducing the mouse nerve growth factor pain of the patients in the process of injection .Methods During the time of May, 2014 to March, 2015, random selecting patients from the age of 20 to 70 for 78 cases and injecting mouse nerve growth factor to these patients , then random dividing them into interven-tional group and control group .The control group was given the conventional intramuscular injection , whilst observing the patients′drug reaction.During the process of intramuscular injection of the interventional group , observing patients′reaction to drug while talking some non-injection matters to them in order to transfer the patients ’ attention.Results 4 patients of the control group feel mild pain;30 patients feel moderate pain at the process of intramuscular injection;5 patients feel severe pain.28 patients of the in-terventional group feel mild pain during injection process;8 patients feel moderate pain;2 patients feel severe pain .The mild pain rate of the control group is 10.3%;the moderate pain rate is 76.9%;the severe pain rate is 12.8%.The mild pain rate of the in-terventional group is 73.7;the moderate pain rate is 21%;the severe pain rate is 5.3%.According to the two groups′data statis-tics, the interventional group effectively reduces the injection pain through transferring patients ’ attention.Two groups′data statis-tics:Wilcoxon rank-sum test result , z=-5.216;P<0.05.Differences between the two groups have statistial significance .Con-clusions Through application of attention transfer method during the intramuscular injection process , it can be reduced the mouse nerve growth factor pain of the patients in the process of injection , meanwhile reducing patients ’ fear of pain .
