采用物理模拟的方法,研究了双层带填料挡墙对中间包流场的影响。用刺激-响应法测定不同实验方案下的RTD曲线,计算不同挡墙方案对中间包内钢液流通的影响。结果表明,使用未带填料的双层挡墙对应的整体平均停留时间比原用挡墙的长;五种带填料的双层挡墙方案,随着填料粒度的依次增加,整体平均停留时间随之增加;且随着填料粒度的增加,死区体积分数依次减小。
The physical simulation method was used to study the influence of the double wall with packing retaining wall on the flow field of the tundish. The stimulus-response method was used to determine the RTD curve under different experimental conditions and the influence of different retaining walls on the flow of molten steel in the tundish was calculated. The results show that the overall average residence time of the double-wall retaining wall without packing is longer than that of the original retaining wall. With the double-wall retaining wall with packing, the average residence time Increase with the increase of particle size, the volume fraction of dead zone decreases in turn.
