目的:研究血管内皮生长因子(VascularendothelialgrowthfactorVEGF)抗体的抗骨肉瘤血管生成作用。方法:应用鸡胚尿囊膜(ChickembryoChorioallantoicmembrane,CAM)模型观察VEGF抗体对骨肉瘤血管生成及肿瘤生长的影响。结果:VEGF抗体组血管数目在给予抗体后第2、4、6、8天均显著低于PBS对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01),光镜下瘤细胞减少,新生血管腔减少。结论:VEGF抗体对骨肉瘤治疗具有良好的应用前景。
Objective: To study the antiangiogenic effect of Vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) antibody on osteosarcoma. Methods: The effect of VEGF antibody on the angiogenesis and tumor growth of osteosarcoma was observed with chick embryo chorioallantoic membrane (CAM) model. Results: The number of vascular endothelial cells in the VEGF antibody group was significantly lower than that in the PBS control group (P <0.05 or P <0.01) on days 2, 4, 6, and 8 after administration of the antibody. The numbers of neovascularization Cavity reduction. Conclusion: VEGF antibody has a good prospect for the treatment of osteosarcoma.
