What is the ideal Biennale? The author of this article is a senior architect who worked for SOM architectural design firm in the United States and postgraduate tutor in architecture department of Berkley University. He is now the chief architect and director of architecture of AECOM Shenzhen Company, In this article, the author points out, according to his own experience, that the individual creativity of architects and designers is now threatened not because they lack creative thinking as individuals, but that their daily experience is no longer unique. In such a boring global economic circle and information network, we have already done nothing. Individuals are no longer sources of self-creation. Creative people who have both global experience and regional characteristics have long ceased to exist. How can we be unique in the circular chain of reciprocating exchanges and requests of ideas around the world? The best biennale she believes should open up an entity platform that gives creative people the chance to question globalization, It also allows us to reflect on our professional independence, creativity and individual uniqueness.
