将异辛酸铋作为热稳定剂来提高PVC制品的热稳定性。通过热老化烘箱法、刚果红法、电导率测试以及热失重分析对添加不同金属含量的PVC试片进行热稳定性能测试,结果表明:当金属离子含量为21%时,PVC试片的初期白度时间及静态热稳定时间达到最大,分别为40 min和24.3 min;通过制酸力测试探讨了异辛酸铋提高PVC热稳定性能的机理,得出异辛酸铋主要通过置换聚氯乙烯结构中不稳定氯原子来提高PVC的热稳定性。
Bismuth isooctanoate as a heat stabilizer to improve the thermal stability of PVC products. Thermal aging properties of PVC specimens with different metal content were tested by thermal aging oven method, Congo red method, conductivity test and thermogravimetric analysis. The results showed that when the content of metal ions was 21%, the initial whiteness The time and the static heat-stable time reached the maximum, which were 40 min and 24.3 min, respectively.
