【本刊讯】《矿山机械》二届四次编辑委员会于1991年10月15～20日在湖南召开,机电部第二装备司沈光逵等14个单位的代表22人出席。会议听取了编委会工作总结报告,1992年杂志的报道方向;学习了著作权法、《科学技术期刊管理办法》以及“八五”规划和国外矿山机械发展动向等。经热烈讨论,一致认为:《矿山机械》杂志近几年来变化很大,提前实现了二届编委会提出的把《矿山机械》跻身于世界杂志之林的目标,编辑部在提高杂志质量、增加效益和广告工作中作了大量的深入细致的工作,取得了重大成就,这是有目共睹的。1992年的报道提纲是可行的,但应进一步充实完善。为了进一步办好刊物,大家建议:
[News] The fourth edition of the “Mining Machinery” editorial board was held in Hunan from October 15 to October 20, 1991. 22 representatives from 14 units, including Shen Guangkai, the second equipment division of the Ministry of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, attended the conference. The conference heard the summary report of the editorial board and the report direction of the magazine in 1992. It also studied the copyright law, the “Administrative Measures for Scientific and Technical Periodicals” and the “Eighth Five-Year Plan” and the development trends of foreign mining machinery. After a heated discussion, it was agreed that the magazine “Mining Machinery” has changed a lot in recent years. It has achieved the objective of putting the “Mining Machinery” in the forest of world magazines proposed by the second edition of the board in advance. The editorial department is improving the quality of magazines. It is obvious to all that a great deal of in-depth and meticulous work has been done in the increase of efficiency and advertising work and significant achievements have been made. The 1992 report outline is feasible, but it should be further enriched and perfected. In order to further handle the publication, we recommend:
