本文对原有功能单一的300A辉光离子氮化炉进行了改造,使其成为功率为300kW(辉光)+300kW(电阻),有效尺寸为φ1400×1100(座式)和φ800×2240(立式)的离子轰击多用炉。经工艺实验,找出了气压对渗层均匀性(小模数齿块)和扩散期丙酮量对碳浓度梯度的影响。在工业生产中,成功地生产出离子渗碳件尼曼蜗杆(φ279×2244)。对重型机械和大中型企业的技术改造有一定的参考价值。
In this paper, a single 300A glow ion nitriding furnace was modified to 300kW (glow) + 300kW (resistance) with effective sizes of φ1400 × 1100 (seat) and φ800 × 2240 Type) ion bombardment multi-purpose furnace. Through the process experiment, the influence of the pressure on the uniformity of the coating (small modulus gear) and the amount of acetone in the diffusion period on the carbon concentration gradient was found out. In industrial production, the ion-nitriding piece Niemann worm (φ279 × 2244) was successfully produced. The heavy machinery and medium-sized enterprises technological transformation have a certain reference value.
