通过在培养基中添加不同剂量的阿魏粉,培养获得阿魏菇子实体,研究不同条件下培养出的阿魏菇其提取物对红细胞过氧化损伤的抑制作用。结果表明:添加阿魏粉培养的阿魏菇3种溶剂提取物,能有效抑制过氧化特丁烷(TBHP)引起的大鼠红细胞溶血、减少红细胞过氧化脂质产物-丙二醛(MDA)生成,并且抑制作用与阿魏添加量有显著的线性相关。其中以水提物的抑制作用最强,石油醚提取物抑制作用最小。
