相对于婴幼儿的生理断乳,学生在初中也面临着一次精神上的断乳。实现由教师教育向学生自我教育、自我成长的过渡,有利于学生形成良好的心理品质,安全度过青春期的心理波动,逐步形成科学的世界观和人生观。对于区内初中班的学生来说还涉及为边疆建设、祖国稳定做学习上和思想上的准备。如何让学生慢慢适应行将渐近的“断乳”反应,扶助他们在精神方面健康成人,这是摆在区内初中班每一位老师面前的一个重要问题。
Relative to infants and young children’s weaning, students also face a mental weaning in junior high school.
