本文通过运用ＰＤＣＡ循环法，使１９９１年１０月清查出的积压药品９０％得以利用，金额共计５．７万元。并将库存总金额控制在３５万元这一适合我院实际需要的水平上，基本上杜绝了药品积压。
This article through the use of PDCA cycle method, so that in October 1991 cleared backlog of 90% of drugs to be used, the total amount of 57,000 yuan. And the total amount of inventory control in 350000 yuan for the actual needs of our hospital level, basically put an end to the backlog of drugs.
