对于采用定量液压系统的布料杆,在臂架工作过程中其液压系统往往会产生较大的冲击,从而导致对设备结构的冲击,也给现场操作带来不便。本文针对液压系统的回油压力以及液压缸的速度、内部压力变化进行分析;采用变频控制的方法调节定量系统的流量,使布料臂的工作速度更加稳定,降低了布料臂抖动、液压系统冲击力大等现象,改善了布料臂液压系统的性能。
