采用可见光作光源观察视网膜裂孔时,其所显示颜色不易与网膜出血鉴别。笔者采用Canon公司产的CR3—45NM型非扩瞳眼底照像机(Nonmydriatic Camera NMC),以红外线光源作眼底检查,直接观察NMC的监视器时,视网膜裂孔呈现白色反光斑。此现象国内文献未见报道。
The use of visible light as a source of retinal hiatus, it shows the color is not easy to identify with retinal hemorrhage. The author uses the CR3-45NM Non-dilatometer fundus camera (Nonmydriatic Camera NMC) made by Canon Company to make fundus examination with infrared light source. When directly observing the monitor of the NMC, the retinal breaks present a white reflection spot. This phenomenon has not been reported in domestic literature.
