岩溶地区地质条件复杂,岩面埋深不一,岩溶发育。CFG桩常因桩端无法入岩、有效桩长不足、单桩承载力低而使其在岩溶地区使用受到限制。本文在结合工程实例的基础上,提出潜孔锤引孔技术,并对潜孔锤施工的流程和技术难点做了分析,以解决岩溶地区CFG桩入岩的难题。实践表明:采用潜孔锤技术引孔施工速度快,施工成本低。经检测CFG桩单桩承载力及复合地基承载力均满足设计要求,工后复合地基沉降较小,验证了潜孔锤施工工艺的可靠性,同时可为类似工程提供参考。
The karst area has complex geological conditions, different rock depths and karst development. CFG pile often can not enter the rock because of the pile tip, the effective pile length is insufficient, the bearing capacity of the pile is low and its use in the karst area is limited. Based on the engineering examples, this paper puts forward the technology of DTH hammering and analyzes the process and technical difficulties of DTH hammer construction in order to solve the problem of CFG pile into rock in karst area. Practice shows that: the use of DTH technology hole construction speed, low construction costs. After testing the single pile CFG pile bearing capacity and bearing capacity of composite foundation to meet the design requirements, the settlement of the composite foundation after work is small, verified the reliability of DTH construction technology, and can provide reference for similar projects.
