Recently, China Telecom reached an agreement with US-based GlobalOne to provide frame relay services for both China and the United States. Under the agreement, China and the United States will realize the connection between China’s public frame relay network and GlobalOne’s international frame relay network through the NNI (Network Border) protocol.
