糖尿病患病率的增长迫切要求进一步阐明其发病机制,以利于治疗方式的改进。miRNA转录后的调节功能与多种疾病的病理生理过程有关,包括2型糖尿病。最近有报道microR-NA在胰岛素释放、胰岛β细胞分化发育中的发挥了一定的调节作用,与血糖平衡调节有关的miRNA陆续被报道。本文就microRNA在糖尿病及其并发症中的调节作用作一综述。
The increasing prevalence of diabetes is urgently required to further elucidate its pathogenesis, in order to facilitate the improvement of treatment. The regulatory function of miRNAs after transcription is associated with the pathophysiological processes of many diseases, including type 2 diabetes. Recently, it has been reported that microR-NA plays a regulatory role in the development of insulin release and pancreatic β-cell differentiation, and miRNAs related to the regulation of blood glucose balance have been reported one after another. This article reviews the regulatory role of microRNAs in diabetes and its complications.
