[目的]为烟草根结线虫病防治提供一种新的思路和方法。[方法]通过田间随机区组试验,探讨农药和肥料协同对烟草根结线虫病的防效。[结果]研究发现,0.5%阿维菌素颗粒剂和25%阿维·丁硫水剂的防效显著,防效分别是28.0%和24.1%,有机肥、无机复合肥与0.5%阿维菌素颗粒剂协同作用可以增强阿维菌素的防效,减轻根结线虫对烤烟生长的影响,提高烤烟产量和质量,增加烤烟收益。[结论]在烤烟生产上整合农业措施和化学防治具有积极的生产和生态意义。
[Objective] The research aimed to provide a new idea and method for the prevention and treatment of tobacco root-knot nematode disease. [Method] The control effect of pesticides and fertilizers on tobacco root-knot nematode disease was discussed through the field randomized block experiment. [Result] The results showed that 0.5% avermectin granules and 25% avermectin water agent had significant effect with control effects of 28.0% and 24.1% respectively. Organic manure, inorganic compound fertilizer and 0.5% Synergistic effect of mycophenolate granules can enhance the control effect of abamectin, alleviate the effect of root-knot nematode on the growth of flue-cured tobacco, increase the yield and quality of flue-cured tobacco, and increase the yield of flue-cured tobacco. [Conclusion] The integration of agricultural measures and chemical control in flue-cured tobacco production has positive productive and ecological significance.
