本研究于2007年4月9日至4月21日在东湖公园不同角度选择四个取样区,每个取样区设立两个不同的取样点,采集了0-5cm,5-10cm,10-15cm三个不同层次的大中型土壤动物。共获得土壤动物651个,分别属于4门7纲9目,其中后孔目,膜翅目为优势类群,占全捕量的94.93%,色矛目,石蛭目,直翅目及异翅目为稀有类群,仅占总捕获量的1.84%,其余为常见类群。分析表明,在不同地区土壤动物群落物种组成和多样性之间有明显的区别,植被茂盛地区土壤动物多样性明显的高于植被稀少地区的土壤动物。同时随着土壤深度土壤动物物种数量逐步减少,表现出明显的垂直分布特征。
In this study, four sampling areas were selected from different perspectives in Donghu Park from April 9 to April 21, 2007. Two sampling points were set up in each sampling area and 0-5cm, 5-10cm, 10-15cm Three different levels of large and medium-sized soil animals. A total of 651 soil animals were obtained, belonging to 4 classes, 7 classes and 9 orders, respectively. Among them, Hymenoptera and Hymenoptera were the dominant groups, accounting for 94.93% of the total catch. For the rare species, accounting for only 1.84% of the total catch, the rest are common groups. The analysis shows that there is a clear distinction between the species composition and diversity of soil fauna in different areas. The diversity of soil fauna in the lush vegetation is significantly higher than that of the soil fauna in areas with scarce vegetation. At the same time, with the soil depth, the number of soil animal species gradually decreased, showing obvious vertical distribution characteristics.
