目的成人斜视手术中联合静脉给药,可减少眼心反射引起的心率变化。方法2005年7月～2006年6月,我科接受斜视手术的成年患者87例,其中术中仅用0.5%盐酸丙氧苯卡因(爱尔卡因)点眼表面麻醉者42例,同时接受0.5%盐酸丙氧苯卡因点眼联合静脉给药者45例,所有患者既往无心血管疾病史,术前全身常规检查均未见异常。记录牵拉直肌前后的心率变化,比较二者的差异性。结果单纯表面麻醉组,牵拉肌肉后心率减慢10次/分以上,牵拉前后心率比较,差异有显著性P<0.05,联合静脉给药组,虽然牵拉肌肉后心率增加,牵拉前后心率比较,差异无显著性P>0.05。结论在成人斜视术中联合静脉给药,可以减少眼心反射的发生,缓解患者紧张情绪及减轻疼痛感。
Objective Strabismus surgery in patients with intravenous administration, can reduce heart rate changes caused by eye reflex. Methods From July 2005 to June 2006, 87 patients with strabismus admitted to our department were enrolled. Among them, 42 patients underwent ocular surface anesthesia with 0.5% propoxyphene hydrochloride 45% propranolol hydrochloride combined with intravenous injection of ophthalmic 45 patients, all patients without prior cardiovascular disease history, routine examination before surgery were normal.
