近些年来,我国非公有制企业异军突起,发展非常迅速,而国有企业的存在则是非常稀少,发展缓慢。随着市场经济的快速推进,企业竞争也越来越激烈,最终表现在人才的竞争上。然而国有企业原有令人羡慕的福利待遇、优惠条件与非公有制企业相比,正逐步失去,大量人才流向外企、私营、民营企业或行政机关、事业单位。本文客观地分析了国有企业人才流失的原因并相应的提出几点应对策略。
In recent years, the non-public-owned enterprises in our country have emerged rapidly and developed rapidly. However, the existence of state-owned enterprises is very scarce and slow to develop. With the rapid promotion of the market economy, the competition among enterprises is also getting fiercer and fiercer, which ultimately manifests in the competition of talents. This article objectively analyzes the reasons for the brain drain in state-owned enterprises and puts forward some countermeasures accordingly.
