一、青年人才的特点青年人才接受教育的程度较高,思维较为活跃,接受信息的渠道较多,信息容量较大,处理信息也相对粗糙一点,因而对社会、企业的认识有自己的见解,自身特点较为明显:1.具有较强烈的个人发展意愿。在个人需求层次上,青年人才追求自我实现的目标表现得尤为明显。相对于终身就业的岗位来说,他们更倾向于获得终身就业的能力,追求自身价值的实现。
